Our Team

The founders of SAAYA NGO used to work independently before establishing it. The devastating floods of Kashmir in the year 2014 became a turning point in their life when these independent social workers met each other in relief camp for flood victims. They found that their ideology in respect of helping the society is same, so they made up their mind to form a well organised society which will give them the authenticity to work on ground without any disruption. SAAYA is the only non-profit organisation in the state of Jammu and Kashmir in which almost all the executive body members and general body members are law students. As it is rightly said “Lawyers library is the society in which he lives.” SAAYA as an organisation will try to provide a helping hand to every person of the society who is in need of help.
